Our studio is nestled in a cozy, private space within my home here in Folkestone. It’s a happy and informal environment where you can relax, unwind, and find your inner peace. I’m located very centrally and will send you full details on booking.
How do I book a class?
To join a class at Unity Flow Folkestone, please send me an email with your preferred class time and date. I’ll confirm your booking and provide you with all the necessary details to prepare for your session! You can email me or simply fill out the form above.
What should I bring to the yoga class?
Please bring your yoga mat to each class. However, if you forget yours or don’t have one, don’t worry! I have spare mats available for you to use.
What type of clothing should I wear?
I recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga is all about flexibility and finding your flow, so comfortable attire is key. This could be anything that stretches and moves with your body, allowing you to perform yoga poses with ease.
